Jeff Shelley
An accomplished law enforcement professional with proven ability to drive efficiency and performance improvements through the development of critical policies and procedures. A 20 year veteran of the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council SWAT team and a 29 year law enforcement officer, Jeff has extensive experience as a supervisor and instructor certifications in self defense, firearms proficiency and Active Shooter/Active Threat training for law enforcement and civilians.
Pat Towle
Over 30 years of experience in law enforcement with 15 of those years as a patrol supervisor. As a certified firearms, defensive tactics and active shooter instructor, he is a highly respected trainer in the law enforcement community. Pat is an active member of the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Councils SWAT team with over 25 years of service as a team lead and current commander. He has helped successfully manage hundreds (500+) SWAT incidents such as barricaded suspects, barricaded/hostage incidents, service of high risk arrest/search warrants, providing security to VIP’s and responding to terrorist activity with local and international consequences.
